For purchases made on the Nav Onboard website where a request by the customer for cancellation of the order post-payment has been made, Nav Onboard reserve the right to enforce a cancellation fee, which is deducted from the overall refund amount. This cancellation fee will not exceed 10% of the total cost of the item. This fee covers bank merchant and transaction fees incurred by the seller.
Return of Goods/Restocking Fees
For return of goods found to be improperly described or otherwise unsuited, Nav Onboard reserve the right to change a restocking fee not exceeding 15% of the total item cost. This fee covers bank merchant and transaction fees incurred by the seller. Whilst Nav Onboard will undertake all reasonable action to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. Items are eligible for return of goods 7 days from the date of invoice. Returned items are at the customer’s responsibility/cost until received by Nav Onboard.
A re-stocking fee of 15% will apply if the goods returned for credit are received in a non-saleable condition, a non-valid reason provided for return, and where the packaging requires replacement to facilitate.
Warranty claims (for end users) will require proof of purchase from Nav Onboard, and any other information relating to usage that may assist in evaluation of your claim.
